This plan is for users who have never managed servers before and would like extra support as they learn ropes. It includes everything in the PRO plan plus an upgraded support and service tier.

Under this plan we'll take you through your first few server & site deployments via one-on-one webinar sessions.  We'll even help you generate your first ssh key-pair, assist with your DNS issues, handle Cloudflare, generate your cloud server api keys and more!

With this program we'll provide as much hands-on server management guidance and support as is necessary for the first 90 days in order to get you up to speed.  If issues pop up with your servers we'll schedule one-on-one webinar sessions to show you how we resolve them.

After the first year you should have learned enough to transition to the PRO plan (and a lower price!)

AGENCY

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER.  Payments are processed via Stripe.

Why are the AWS EC2 and LIGHTSAIL providers only available in the Agency level?

The biggest factor in our pricing levels is the amount of support we expect we will have to provide to our customers for any particular feature.  The AWS API is complex and their service offerings are vast.  So we expect more support issues around the service that will take longer than usual to resolve.  Therefore we can only include them in higher priced packages where we can be compensated for the time we'll spend troubleshooting any issues that crop up.

Why is the server sync feature only available at the Enterprise level?

The biggest factor in our pricing levels is the amount of support we expect we will have to provide to our customers for any particular feature.  We expect to spend more time troubleshooting any issues our customers run into with this particular feature.  Therefore we can only include it in higher priced packages where we can be compensated for the time we'll spend doing that.  If, over time we find that we are wrong about this, we'll include it in lower priced levels.

What is an Admin?

An admin is a user who can log into your site and manage servers and sites in wp-admin.

What kind of support can we expect at the Almost free tier?

We're not going to lie to you.  Support tickets for the almost free tier go to the back of the queue.  Some days we can get to those right away.  Other days we'll get to none of them and they'll accumulate until we get a slow day and can catch up.  We expect to get to tickets for the the almost free tier within 3 business days max.

What kind of support can we expect with the paid tiers?

We generally try to respond to all requests within 24 hours.  However, tickets where a server is down or a site is unavailable tend to get to the front of the line.  Once those have been addressed we handle the rest starting with our Enterprise level tickets and working down from there.
